特拉唑嗪联合泽桂癃爽治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效观察

目的:探讨α1-受体阻滞剂特拉唑嗪联合中成药泽桂癃爽治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的有效性及安全性。方法:51例诊断为BPH的患者予特拉唑嗪联合泽桂癃爽治疗8周后进行疗效评估,同时以30例单独服用特拉唑嗪的BPH患者作对照。结果:特拉唑嗪联合泽桂癃爽治疗8周后,患者最大尿流率和国际前列腺症状评分改善率分别为76%和42%,较单独使用特拉唑嗪组(最大尿流率和国际前列腺症状评分改善率分别为32%和18%)增高(P<0.01)。结论:特拉唑嗪联合中成药泽桂癃爽治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)是一种安全、有效的方法,值得推广。

Effect of combining terazosin and zeguilongshuang on the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective: To assess the effectiveness and safety of combining α1-receptor blocker terazosin and the proprietary Chinese medicine Zeguanglongshuang for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods: Eight-one patients with BPH were divided into trial group(n=51)and control group(n=30)by randomization.Patients in trial group were treated with combining terazosin and zeguilongshuang,patients in control group were treated with terazosin alone,the therapeutic course was 8 weeks,the efficacy was assessed at the end of the therapy.Results: The maximal urinary flow rate and improvement rate of international prostate symptom score in trial group and control group were 76% νs 32% and 42% νs 18% respectively,compared these each with the other,there were significant differences(all P<0.01),the symptoms of the BPH were improved greater in trial group.Conclusion: Treating BPH by combining terazosin and zeguilongshuang is effective and safe;it is worth spreading.
