摘    要:目的:探讨Ⅱ型神经纤维瘤病的MRI表现及Tim、全脊柱成像技术的应用价值。方法:收集24例MR资料完整、手术病理证实的Ⅱ型神经纤维瘤病,对其MRI表现进行分析。结果:MRI全身成像、脊柱全身成像的应用.可以完全、优质地显示病变的大小、形态及信号变化。结论:MRI是诊断Ⅱ型神经纤维瘤病的最优影像学方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the MRI features of neurofibrotomatosis 2 and the values of Tim and whole-spine image technology of MRI.Methods 24 cases of Neurofibrotomatosis 2 were collected,which were proved by pathology and MRI.The MRI findings were analyzed.Results MRI could well demonstrate the size,the shape and the signal characterstics of neurofibrotomatosis by technology of Tim and whole spine imaging.Conclusion MRI can be considered as the first choice of study in diagnosing of neurofibromatosis.
