| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究阿米巴肝脓肿患者红细胞免疫功能与sIL - 2R的相关性。方法 :采用郭峰法检测患者外周血红细胞免疫功能 ;采用双抗体ELISA法检测sIL - 2R。结果 :患者外周血红细胞免疫功能 (RBC -C3bRR)非常显著地低于正常对照组 ,而血清sIL - 2R的水平非常显著地高于正常对照组。相关分析显示 :血清sIL -2R水平与RBC -C3bRR呈显性负相关 (r=- 0 .95 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :阿米巴肝脓肿患者sIL - 2R水平增高 ,可能是导致红细胞免疫功能低下的原因之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the degree of relationship between the red blood cell immune function of the patients with amoebic liver abscess and their serum soluble IL-2R receptor.Methods:Using Go Feng to determine the red blood cell immune function and ELISA to determine the level of slL-2R.Conclusion:The red blood cell immune function (RBC-C3bRR) was lower than that of healthy individuals. The level of sIL-2R in patients was higher than that of healthy ones. There was anegative correlation between red blood cell immune function and level of slL-2R. Results: sIL-2R may inhibit the red blood cell immune function and it might be an important factor for amoebic liver abscess development. |
