| 摘 要： | 风疹快速诊断的关键是检测血样中的IgM。本文介绍用SPA吸收结合FIAX和酶标染色法检测特异性IgM,具有特异性好、敏感性高及快速、准确等优点,有实用价值。

| Abstract: | To rise detective rate, rebella virus cellular antigen was coveredwith SPA absorbed serum and IgM detected with FIAX and ELISA. Positiverates were 88.89 per cent and 72.22. Among 16 positive IgM by FIAX, titerof HI antibody reduced 1-4 times after treatment by 2-ME. Results by twomethods were consistent. Conclusion: SPA absorption, FIAX and ELISA can becombined to detect specific IgM for higher specificity and sensitivity. |
