摘    要:目的 观察单光子发射断层成像仪(SPECT)全身平面显像性能及扫描速度和计数对其影响.方法 用放射源模型测试双探头SPECT在不同的扫描速度及计数下全身平面显像性能指标:平行于探头运动方向的分辨率、垂直于探头运动方向的分辨率和扫描稳定性.结果 平行于和垂直于探头运动方向的分辨率无明显差异;两个方向的分辨率在探头视野中心处与距中心10 cm处无显著性差异;两个方向的分辨率随扫描速度及计数无显著变化,而扫描稳定性绝对值的平均值及最大值随着计数的增加而减小,在相同计数时与扫描速度无关.结论 全身平面显像的分辨率与扫描速度、计数无关,但稳定性随计数的增加而增加;在相同计数时,扫描稳定性与扫描速度无关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the performance of Gamma camera based-wholebody imaging and the influence of the scan speed and counts on it. Methods The wholebody imaging performances, the resolutions parallel and perpendicular to the scan direction, and the scan constancy were measured in different scan speeds and counts. Results There was no significant difference of the resolutions between both directions and two positions at the center of the view of field and the position 10 cm from the center. The resolutions did not vary with the scan speed and the counts obviously. The average and maximum absolute value of the scan constancy decreased with increasing counts, and it did not vary with the scan speed obviously. Conclusion The resolutions of wholebody imaging are independent to the scan speed and counts, while the scan constancy depends on the counts, but not on the scan speed.
