氯诺昔康用于烧伤整形患者术后自控静脉镇痛的观察

目的：观察氯诺昔康用于烧伤整形患者术后自控静脉镇痛的效果。方法：选择40例18岁～45岁的烧伤整形患者，分为镇痛组(n=20)，对照组(n=20)，镇痛组术毕予静脉推注氯诺昔康首剂量8mg，后接含氯诺昔康32mg 生理盐水100ml的一次性镇痛泵行PCIA；对照组不加任何止痛药。结果：镇痛组的镇痛效果优良率达85％，无效15％，恶心的发生率5％；对照组有90％的患者感到疼痛，需肌肉注射止痛药(派替啶)。结论：氯诺昔康用于烧伤整形患者术后镇痛的效果优良，病人容易接受，值得推广。

Patient-controlled Analgesia with Lornoxicom after Operation of Burn-plastic Surgery

Objective: To investigate the effects of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) with lornoxicom after operation of burn-plastic surgery. Methods: 40 patients age ranged from 18 to 45 years old were divided them into two groups: The group A (n=20) in which the initial dose of lornoxicom was given about 8mg by a one-off analgesia pump of lornoxicom (32mg NS100ml) after operation and the group B (n=20) in which no analgesic agent was used. Results: In the group A, the efficiency is 85 percent, but 90 percent of the patients in the group B suffered from pain. Conclusions: Lornoxicom is efficiency for analgesia of patients experienced the burn-plastic surgery. Patients easily accept it.
