| 摘 要： | 目的对比观察替硝唑药膜在智齿冠周炎治疗中的疗效。方法选择184例急性智齿冠周炎患者，按是否辅助全身抗生素治疗分为A、B两组，每组分别再随机分为两个小组，一组局部使用替硝唑药膜，另一组常规治疗上碘甘油作为对照组，每组治疗均为1次／d，观察1—5d局部用药的疗效。结果无论是否辅助全身抗生素治疗，替硝唑药膜组疗效明显优于碘甘油组（P〈0．05）。结论替硝唑药膜用于急性智齿冠周炎的治疗疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of tinidazole medical membrance on pericoronitis of wisdom tooth. Methods 184 patients with pericorenitis of wisdom tooth were divided into 2 groups according to whether or not needed antibiotic treatment. Each group was randomly divided into 2 groups again. One group was treated with tinidazole medical membrance and the other one was treated with iodoglycerin. The effect of them was observed. Results The clinical effect of the group treated with tinidazole medical membrance was much better than that in the group treated with iodoglycerin, no matter whether or not needed antibiotic treatment. Conclusion Tinidazole medical membrance have obvious and certain effect in the treatment of pericoronitis of wisdom tooth. |
