摘    要:应用神经行为核心测试组合的方法,对武钢108名 接噪作业工人进行了测试,同时选择52名在年龄、性别、教育水平、职业类型等相似的非噪声作业者为对照组。结果显示,超标接噪组在简单反应时,数据广度、数字译码、目标追踪、视觉保留与对照组比较有显著性差异,并随噪声强度的增大和暴露时间的延长,而出现错误率增多的现象。测试结果提示噪声对工人神经系统有一定的不良效应。

Abstract:In a study of 108 noise-exposed workers from Wuhan Iron & Steel Corp., nervous system function was examined by a battery of neurobehavioral test. Their performances were compared with age, sex, education level, job type and so on matched unexposed controls. The results showed that the per formances of simple reaction, digit span, digit symbol, visual retention and pursuit aiming in noise-exposed workers beyond standard were significantly poorer than those of the control and their error rates increased with the increase of the noise level and exposure time. It is suggested that noise may cause some impairment in nervous system function to noise-exposed workers in metallurgical industry.
