| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创引流清除血肿术治疗老年人重型脑出血的疗效。方法对50例老年人重型脑出血患者（微创治疗组）行微创引流清除血肿术，并与46例行常规内科保守治疗（对照组）进行比较。结果微创治疗组的总有效率为78．00％，明显高于对照组的39．13％（P〈0．05）；微创治疗组脑疝及消化道出血发生率分别为10．00％、32．60％，明显低于对照组的24．00％、67．39％（P〈0．05）。结论微创引流清除血肿术治疗老年人重型脑出血临床效果明显优于常规内科保守治疗，是治疗老年人重型脑出血的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic effect of minimal injury puncture drainage in treatment of senile severe cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The method of minimal injury puncture drainage was used in a total of 50 cases of senile severe cerebral hemorrhage and compared with only medical treatment used in 46 matched cases of the same disease. Results The total effective rate of minimal injury puncture drainage group（78.00%）were significantly higher than those of the medical treatment group（39.13%）（P〈0. 05）. In addition, the incidences of cerebral hernia- tion and gastrointestinal bleeding in this group （10. 00 %, 32.60 %） were significantly lower than those in the control group（24.00%, 67.39%）（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Minimal injury puncture drainage can be a safe and effective method for treatment of senile severe cerebral hemorrhage. |
