| 摘 要： | 目的通过药物流产后官腔内注入MTX来研究MTX对药流后出血时间过长、流血量过多的作用。方法2005．6—2008．6于上海市南汇区周浦医院采用实验组49例为药流胚囊排出后宫腔内注入MTX50mg者，对照组A45例为药流后口服安宫止血颗粒者，对照组B48例为药物流产后无干扰者，观察流产后出血时间及出血量。结果实验组平均出血时间为9．37±4．15天，对照组A为12．58±3．89天，对照组B为12．50±4．58，实验组与对照组A、B比较有差异性（P〈0．05），实验组平均出血量为182±122．4，对照组A为157．98±113．74，对照组B为201．48±148．34，无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论官腔内注入MTX可以明显缩短药流后出血时间、不能减少其出血量。
