生长抑素联合参附注射液治疗重症急性胰腺炎的实验研究

[目的]探讨生长抑素（SS）联合参附注射液（SFI）对实验性重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）的治疗作用，为临床采用中西医结合治疗SAP提供依据。[方法]用5％牛磺胆酸钠逆行胰胆管注射制备SAP大鼠模型，根据实验分为假手术对照（对照）组、SAP组、SFI组、善宁组、SFI加善宁（联合）组。观察各组血中一氧化氮（N0）、内皮素（ET）、淀粉酶的变化及胰腺组织病理学改变。[结果]与对照组比较，SAP组N0、ET、血清淀粉酶均明显升高（P〈0．01），光镜下胰腺组织病理损害明显；SFI组、善宁组上述各检测指标均较SAP组明显改善（P〈0．05），但联合组改善最明显（P〈0．01），与SFI组、善宁组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。[结论]联合应用善宁和SFI治疗SAP有协同作用，疗效优于单一的西药或中药治疗。

Experimental study of combination of sandostatin with Shenfu injection on treating severe acute pancreatitis

[Objective] To explore the therapeutic effects of combining sandostatin （SS） with Shenfu injection（SFI） on treating severe acute panereatitis（SAP）. [Methods]SAP rat model was induced by rntrograde injection of 5% sodium tauroeholate to pancreatic duct. The rats were randomly divided into five groups： sham group, SAP group, SS group, SFI group and combination group（SS＋SFI）. The changes of the blood level of nitric oxide（NO）, serum endothlin（ET） and amylase were detected, and the changes of pancreatic histology were examined by light micro- scope. [Results] Compared with sham groups, NO, ET and amylase in SAP group were significantly higher（P〈0. 01）, the damage to pancreatic tissue was more severe as observed by light microscopy. The above mentioned indexes of SFI group, SS group and combination group were obviously ameliorated in comparison with SAP group（P〈0. 05）, especially ineombination group （P〈0. 01）. Compared with SFI group and SS group, combination group were obviously amelio- rated（P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion ]The therapeutic effect of combining sandostatin with SFI in the treatment of SAP is superior to using western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine alone.
