| 摘 要： | 目的探讨斯奇康下鼻甲注射治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效.方法总结60例变应性鼻炎患者,随机分为治疗组(斯奇康组)30例,对照组30例,使用盐酸西替利嗪口服.下鼻甲注射斯奇康的疗效.结果斯奇康治疗4周后总有效率为93.2%,对照组总有效率为73.3%.两组总疗效分析,有显著差异(P＜0.05).随防6个月,疗效满意.结论斯奇康下鼻甲注射治疗变应性鼻炎近期疗效满意.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the curative effect of Siqikang by syringing the inferior nasal concha on allergic rhinitis METHODS Sixty allergic rhinitis patients were randomized. The treatment group used Siqikang to syringe inferior nasal concha (30 cases); the control group used cetirzine hydrochloride (30 cases) RESULTS The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93 2% , and that for the control group was 73 3% The results demonstrated a remarkable difference between the two groups ( P <0 05). The curative effect was satisfactory during the 6 month follow up. CONCLUSIONS The short term curative effect of Siqikang on allergic rhinitis is good. |
