比索洛尔治疗充血性心力衰竭52例临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨国产比索洛尔在充血性心力衰竭中的治疗效果。方法:选择充血性心力衰竭病例100例心功能NYHAⅡ—Ⅳ级,LVEF≤45%,随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)(即;强心、利尿、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂)48例,比索洛尔治疗组52例(在常规治疗基础上加用比索洛尔治疗)。疗程4个月,观察2组治疗前后血液动力学变化及临床治疗效果。结果:常规治疗组总有效率为87.5%,比索洛尔组为92.3%,2组对心力衰竭血液动力学指标均有改善,但比索洛尔组好于常规治疗组。结论:充血性心力衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上加用β受体阻滞剂——比索洛尔治疗可明显改善患者的心功能、增加其射血分数、改善其生活质量、副作用轻微。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of bisoprolol treatment of congestive heart failure. Methods: 100 cases with congestive heart failure are randomly divided into treatment group (n = 52)and control group (n = 48). In the treatment group, patients not only received conventional treatment, such as cardiac, diuretic, dilatation blood vessel and received oral bisoprolol by increased doses (In the first 1.25mg, I/day, one weekly increase of 1.25mgl /day, the biggest doses is 5mg/day. Patients received conventional treatment served as controls. In both groups treatment lasted for 4 months. The parameters including clinical appreciation and echocardiography were investigated and compared in both groups. Results: the cardiac function of treatment group was markely improved. In conventional treatment Group effective rate was 87.5% , Bisoprolol group was 92.3% .Conclusion: Oral bisoprolol has good clinical efficacy, and it is better to conventional treatment Group. It is sale, tolerant, little side - effective.
