血糖连续监测系统的研制

摘    要:本文提出一种间接连续测量人体血糖的方法。其原理为:通过调节两种不同浓度葡萄糖标准溶液的配比,形成第三种浓度已知的葡萄糖溶液,该溶液分两个通道被传感器检测,一个通道直接被检测,另一通道通过半透膜与人体血糖相互渗透作用后被检测,被测二通道中葡萄糖浓度有差值,该差值作为智能控制器的输入,由智能控制器控制逐渐使配成的第三种溶液浓度逼近人体血糖浓度,直至相等为止。

Abstract:This paper present an indirect glucose measurement method, in which glucose of an intermediate medium, which contacts with blood via a semi - permeable membrance, is kept equal to that of theblood by a servo - control system. The controller adjusts the mixing ratio of two glucose standard solutions. The detecting of a difference of glucose solution at the inlet and the outlet of the fibre by a glucose sensor,the mixing ratio is contro1led to decrease the difference, and finally reached equillibrium atwhich the solution and the blood had same glucose. As far as the difference was kept zero, the glucose ofthe bbo is known by the mixing ratio. Using the intelligent method, the contorller can adiust the mixing ratio in the optimal way in the case of unknowning the system model parameter.
