| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定复方氧氟沙星栓剂中氧氟沙星、替硝唑的含量。方法：以氯霉素为内标，ODS为固定相，三乙胺-乙腈为流动相，检测波长为290nm。结果：平均回收率及RSD分别为氧氟沙星99．3％，0．8％；替硝唑101．1％，1．2％。结论：本方法可用于该制剂的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a method for determination ofloxacin and tinidazole in compound of ofloxacin suppositories.Method: ODS as stationary phase, triethylamine acetonitrile as mobile phase, chloramphenicol as internal stantard, the wavelength of detection was at 290 nm.Result: The average recoveries of ofloxacin and tinidazole were 99.3%(RSD= 0.8%), 101.0%(RSD= 1.2%) respectively. Conclusion: This method can be used for contents of two combining components in the preparation. |
