| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate bacterial endotoxins test for puerarin injection. Method: The experiment was made by the inhibition or enhancement test. The detecting result of the rabbit test was compared with that of the bacterial endotoxins test. Result: The method was valid by diluting this injection to the certain concentration. And the detection was not interfered. Conclusion: The bacterial endotoxins test is suitable for detecting this injection. |
