手法复位后透明质酸钠注射治疗不可复性关节盘移位

目的探讨手法复位及透明质酸钠（sodium hyaluronate,HA）关节腔注射治疗关节盘移位的临床效果。方法对60例不可复性关节盘移位患者进行手法复位,然后进行关节上腔穿刺,注入透明质酸钠1ml,每周注射一次,持续2-4周。结果治疗后患者疼痛明显减轻,张口度改善,关节造影示关节盘位置明显改善。结论手法复位加透明质酸钠关节腔注射是治疗关节盘移位的较好方法。

Manual reduction and sodium hyaluronate injection for the treatment of non-reducing disk displacement in the temporomandibular joint

Objective To evaluate the effect of manual reduction and injection of sodium hyaluronate into the temporomandibular joint in the treatment of non-reducing disk displacement in the temporomandibular joint.Methods 60 patients with non-reducing disk displacement in the temporomandibular joint were clinically evaluated after they were carried manual reduction and weekly injected sodium hyaluronate into the temporomandibular joint for 2-4 weeks.Results All patients had good results,including alleviation of pain,improvement of mouth opening and re-position of the disk.Conclusion Manual reduction and injection of sodium hyaluronate into the temporomandibular joint is a good way to treat disk displacement without reduction of the temporomandibular joint.
