摘    要:①目的探讨葡多酚(GPC)对人淋巴细胞辐射损伤后凋亡的影响.②方法选取7名健康女性的外周血,分别加入100、10 mg/L GPC溶液(高、低剂量GPC组),阳性和阴性对照组加入无菌蒸馏水,前3组用直线加速器行X线一次性照射.分别在培养至24和48 h检测淋巴细胞凋亡率.③结果与阳性对照组比较,高剂量GPC组淋巴细胞凋亡率明显降低(F=28.031、18.998,q=5.820、5.656,P<0.01).④结论葡多酚可降低X线对淋巴细胞损伤后凋亡的程度,对淋巴细胞辐射损伤有良好防护作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of grape procyanidins(GPC) on apoptosis of human lymphocytes after radiation. Methods The peripheral blood samples were taken from 7 healthy young women, 100 mg/L and 10 mg/L GPC solution was added to High-dose and Low-dose GPC groups, respectively; for Positive and Negative groups, distilled water was added to. They were irradiated with X-ray with liner accelerator, with the exception of negative group. After culture for 24 and 48 hours, apoptosis rate of the lymphocyte was measured. Results Compared with Positive group , the apoptosis rate of High-dose GPC group was much lower(F=28.031,18.998;q=5.820,5.656;P<0.01). Conclusion GPC has a satisfactory protective effect on radiation injury of the lymphocyte, it can reduce the apoptosis rate caused by X-ray.
