针刺阳陵泉缓解痉挛状态及对脑脊液γ—氨基丁酸的影响

以针刺阳陵泉为主作观察组 ,针刺足三里为主作对照组 ,观察了对脊髓损伤后痉挛状态的临床疗效及对脑脊液 (CSF)γ-氨基丁酸 (GABA)的影响。结果 :临床抽搐控制率观察组优于对照组 ,但总有效率无差异 ;对 CSF中 GABA的影响 ,观察组治疗前后有显著差异 ,治疗后较治疗前升高 ;对照组治疗前后无显著差异。提示针刺阳陵泉能较好地缓解痉挛状态 ,同时能提高 CSF中 GA-BA的浓度。

Acupuncture of Yanglingquan Point( GB34 ) Relieving Spasticity and Its Effect on r- Aminobutyric Acid in Cerebral Spinal Fluid

Clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture on spas- ticity and its effects on r- aminobutyric acid( GABA) contentin cerebral spinal fluid( CSF) after spinal dam- age were observated in the observation group in which Yanglingquan point ( GB 34 ) was needled as main and the control group in which Zusanli point ( ST 36) re- ceived acupuncture as main.Results indicated thatclin- ical control rate of convulsion in the observation group was superior to that in the control group;There was no difference in the total effective rate between the two groups;Content of GABA in CSF after treatment increased significantly as compared with that before treatment in the observation group,butdid not signifi- cantly change after treatment in the control group.It is suggested that acupuncture of Yanglingquan point can relieve better spasticity,and increase GABA content in CSF.
