| 摘 要： | 目的探讨替比夫定对慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法采用流式细胞术检测40例CHB患者在服用替比夫定前后外周血T细胞亚群,同时检测32例健康体检者外周血T细胞亚群作为对照组。结果 CHB组较健康对照组CD3 T细胞、CD4 T细胞百分比以及CD4/CD8明显降低（P〈0.05）,CD8 T细胞百分比明显升高（P〈0.05）。CHB患者在使用替比夫定后,CD3 T细胞、CD4 T细胞百分比以及CD4/CD8有明显回升（P〈0.05）,CD8 T细胞百分比则出现明显下降（P〈0.05）。结论替比夫定可改善CHB患者的细胞免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Telbivudine on cellular immune function of patients with chronic hepatitis B（CHB）.Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect T lymphocyte subsets of 40 patients with CHB before and after Telbivudine therapy.In addition,32 healthy individuals were chosen as control group.Results The percentage of CD3 and CD4 T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4/CD8 in patients with CHB are significantly reduced than those in healthy controls（P〈0.05）.However,the percentage of CD8 T lymphocytes is significantly increased than that in healthy controls（P〈0.05）.The percentage of CD3 and CD4 T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4/CD8 are significantly higher than those before Telbivudine therapy（P〈0.05）.The percentage of CD8 T lymphocytes is significantly lower than that before Telbivudine therapy（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Telbivudine can improve the cellular immune function of patients with CHB. |
