弹性酶治疗非酒精性脂肪肝20例临床观察

目的:探讨弹性酶治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)的疗效。方法:2001年3月至2004年3月我院选择经B超和(或)CT证实的NAFL患者19例,用弹性酶治疗,剂量每次30mg,每日3次口服,疗程12周,治疗前后测定肝功能、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、空腹血糖,并行B超和(或)CT检查。结果:治疗后患者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、r-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)显著降低(P<0.01),空腹血糖、总胆固醇和甘油三酯也有降低(P<0.01),B超和(或)CT发现脂肪肝有一定程度改善,治疗期间无明显毒副作用。结论:弹性酶治疗NAFL有效,且安全,值得深入研究。

A Pilot Study of the Effect of Elastase on Patients with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of elastase in this disorder.Methods Nineteen patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver verified by B ultrasound and (or)computed tomography were included in this pilot study.Viral alcoholic,autoimmune and other hepatic diseases were excluded.patients were given 90 mg of elastase daily for 3 months. Measurement of liver function,serum lipid profile ,fast blood glucose,and B ultrasound and (or) computed to-mography examination were done before and after three-month treatment.Results A significant decrease in the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and r-glutamyl transpeptidase (P<0.01) occurred after elastase treatment.The fast blood glucose and serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels were also reduced (P<0.01).Similarly ,B ultrasound and (or)computed tomography examination showed the degree of steatosis was partly improved after 3-month treatment.Conclusion Elastase is a safe and well tolerated drug that leads to a significant improvement in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver.
