番茄红素和维生素E复合剂的抗氧化作用实验研究

摘    要:目的研究番茄红素和维生素E复合剂对实验性老龄大鼠抗氧化的影响。方法将40只12月龄SD雄性大鼠按照血清中丙二醛(MDA)的含量随机分为低、中、高剂量组和一个老龄对照组,连续灌胃60d后采血并分离血清,测定MDA含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力。结果该复合剂具有增强SOD和GSH-Px活性和降低MDA的作用。结论番茄红素和维生素E复合剂具备抗氧化功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the antioxidation effect of lycopene and vitamin E compounding agent in experimental old rats. Methods Forty male SD rats aged 12-month were randomly divided into four groups by MDA contents, which were low dose, middle dose and high dose treatment groups and a control group, after continously intragastric infusion for 60 days, serum MDA, SOD and GSH-Px were determined. Result The lycopene and vitamin E compounding agent boosted up the SOD and GSH-Px activity, reduced the MDA content. Conclusion The lycopene and vitamin E compounding agent has antioxidation effects.
