摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子直读光谱仪 (ICP)测定正常生育与不育成年女性血清中多种化学元素的含量 ,对其中 1 2种元素含量进行统计分析 ,结果表明 :卵泡刺激素 (FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素 (PRL)、孕酮 (P)、雌二醇 (E2 )、睾酮 (T)等激素水平异常引起的不育女性血清中Zn、Ca、Mg的含量显著性低于正常成年女性。本研究结果提示 ,女性血清中 FSH、LH、P、E2 、T等激素水平的高低与化学元素 Zn、Ca、Mg的关系密切 ,血清中 Zn、Ca、Mg含量的降低直接影响女性生育

Abstract:This paper reports the determination of the content of 12 chemical elements in sera from 27 fertile and 31 infertile women by ICP/AES.The results show that the content of Zn in serum has notable statistical significance between normal women group and irregular menstruation women of infertile group;the content of Ca and Mg in serum also has notable statistical significance between normal group and infertile group.These results indicate the content of Zn,Ca,Mg in blood serum could be used as diagnostic indexes for female infertility.In addition,the results suggest that female sex hormones may be related to the levels of the chemical elements in serum,and the low content of the elements in serum may affect directly infertility in female.
