摘    要:将苦丁茶叶分为四个等级 ,用等离子体原子发射光谱法和分光光度法对四个等级的苦丁茶微量元素和黄酮的含量分别进行了测定。得到的结果表明 :不同部位的苦丁茶微量元素和黄酮含量存在着一定的差别 ,四级品的黄酮明显较低

Abstract:Kuding tea leaves are clssified as four grades according to the growth position of leaves.The contents of trace elements and flavone of four grade leaveswere respectively determined by inductivelycoupled plasma spectrometry and spectrophotometry.The results showed that the contents of trace elementsand flavone in th different position leaves have some difference.The content of flavonein the fourth grade leavesis lowest.
