| 摘 要： | 间充质干细胞不仅具有高度自我更新能力和多向分化潜能,还具有较大的可塑性。它不仅可分化为中胚层的骨、软骨、肌肉、肌腱、脂肪和血管内皮细胞,还可跨胚层横向分化为如外胚层的神经细胞,被认为是最有前途的组织工程种子细胞之一。

| Abstract: | Mesenchymal stem cells （MSCs） are a kind of stem cells which have capacity of highly self-renew and mutilineage differentiation potential, as well as plasticity. Mesenchymal stem cells can differentiate into mesoderm cells, including bone, cartilage, muscle, tendon, fat and endothelial-like cells, and can differentiate into neuron cells. It is considered as one of the most perspective seed cells in tissue engineering. |
