畸变产物耳声发射和听性脑干反应在高危婴儿听力筛查中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨听性脑干反应(ABR)及畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)对高危婴儿听力筛查的临床意义及特点,为早期诊断、早期干预提供较为科学的依据.方法对388名(776耳)出生3~40天的高危婴儿进行ABR和DPOAE检查,将两种方法的检测结果进行比较.结果在388名(776耳)患儿中,ABR和DPOAE的总异常率分别为14.18%和32.47%.结论 DPOAE和ABR联合应用于高危婴儿听力筛查,能提高其听力筛查的精确性和可靠性,比单独应用更全面.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and the character of ABR and DPOAE in hearing screening of infants with high risk for rearly diagnosis and treatment.Methods DPOAE and ABR were recorded in 388(776ears) high risk infants, then the results were compared.Results In 388(776ears) infants with high risk, abnormal rates of ABR and DPOAE were 14.18% and 32.47% respeclively.Conclusion The combination of DPOAE and ABR in high risk infants hearing screening can increase the accuracy and rehability of the test and is more sensitive than single test.
