| 摘 要： | 耐药基因产物抑制剂是开发抗万古霉素耐药菌感染药物的一个新方向，目前对它的研究也在渐渐深入，并取得了一定的成果。现对产生耐药性的作用机制以及几种耐药基因抑制剂进行简要综述。

| Abstract: | Inhibition of drug-resistance gene expressions as a potential approach to develop anti-infective agents used for vancomycin-resistance microorganism is an idea that has recently circulated.Currently,some of these research programs have demonstrated significant progressions.This paper re-views the drug-resistance mechanism and relevant inhibitors of drug resistance gene expressions. |
