围产期窒息对新生儿行为的影响

本文进行了５０例１２５人次围产期窒息新生儿２０项行为神经评定（ＮＢＮＡ），异常者（总分小于３５分）２１人次，占１６．８％。行为能力测查中以非生物性及生物性视听定向能力异常较多；肌张力检查中以主动肌张力异常多于被动肌张力；原始反射中拥抱反射异常多见，且为所有单项调查中异常率最多的一项，一般状态检查异常者最少。提示围产期窒息对新生儿行为的影响是多方面的，而行为测定有利于早期发现问题，以便早期干预。

The effect of perinatal asphyxia on neonatal behaviour

items of neonatal behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) were carried out in 51 neonates with perinatal asphyxia,totally 125 times. The total scale of examination results in 21 neonates (16. 8%) is lower than 35. The abilities of non-biological auditory and visual orientation reveal more abnormormal. We found the abnormality of active movement is worse than the passive one. The abnormality of Moro's reflex is the most common,not only in the primitive reflex but also in all single measurement.The data reveal that perinatal asphyxia may influence NBNA,and NBNA is benefit to discovering problems and treating neonates with asphyxia in time.
