广东省2005年麻疹监测实验室网络运转状况分析

目的评价广东省2005年麻疹监测实验室网络在麻疹监测中的作用。方法对广东省2005年麻疹监测实验室网络的检测结果和数据进行分析。结果广东省2005年麻疹监测系统共报告麻疹疑似病例13 017例,麻疹监测实验室网络检测血清标本10 041份,全省麻疹疑似病例血清标本采集率为77.14%,麻疹IgM抗体检测阳性率为71.43%。21个市疾病预防控制中心(CDC)麻疹实验室职能考核,符合率为98.10%;麻疹IgM抗体再证实标本符合率为90.76%。2005年省CDC麻疹实验室接受中国CDC病毒病预防控制所国家麻疹实验室职能考核和再证实标本复核检测,成绩均为100分。全年共收检106份咽拭子或尿液标本,分离到25株麻疹病毒,经鉴定均为H1基因型。结论广东省2005年麻疹监测实验室网络运转正常,在麻疹病例监测中起到重要作用。应进一步加强麻疹IgM抗体检测试剂的管理。

Analysis on Measles Laboratory Network Establishment and Running Situation in Guangdong Province in 2005

Objective It is to evaluate the effect of measles laboratory network on speeding up measles control.Methods The data of the measles laboratory network in Guangdong Province in 2005 were analyzed.The measures of management on measles laboratory network were summarized.Results During the whole year of 2005,5474 suspected measles cases had been reported using the measles surveillance system,10041 sera samples had been detected by the municipal measles laboratory network.The rate of collection of sera samples on suspected measles cases was 77.14%.The positive rate of the measles IgM antibody was 71.43%.420 samples for examintion of duty and qulification were distributed to measles laboratories in the network,the accordance rate was 98.10%.We re-detected 422 samples confirmed by measles IgM antibody handed in by the municipal measles laboratory,the accordance rate was 90.66%.In the examination for duty and qualification by National Measles Laboratory and detection of the re-confirmed samples in 2005,the provincial laboratory got the full score of 100.From 106 throat swab or urine samples collected during the whole year of 2005,we isolated 25 strains of wild measles virus,all of which were H1 gene type.Conclusion In 2005,the management of measles laboratory network in Guangdong Province got the requirements,and the operation of this network were normal.It played a very important role in measles surveillance system in the whole year.In order to improve the quality of detection in measles laboratory network,the management of the measles IgM antibody reagent for detection needs to be strengthened.
