| 摘 要： | 目的：研究川芎嗪和参麦注射液及其配伍对老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注肺脏损伤的作用机制。方法：观察老龄大鼠脑电图，测血浆EF、CGRP，血和肺SOD活性、MDA含量、TXB2和6-Kete-PGF16，肺脏组织ATP酶活性和TNF，下丘脑E和DA及EN，光镜观察肺组织。结果：其作用机制与拮抗自由基损伤、调节ATP酶活性和前列腺素平衡，降低肿瘤坏死因子及调节单胺类神经递质的变化有关。结论：川芎嗪和参麦注射液对老龄大鼠脑缺血再灌注肺脏组织损伤有明显保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the mechanism of action of Lingustrazine and Shenmai Injection. Method: Observe senile rat's encephalogram, measure plasma EF and CGRP, SOD aetivity, MDA content, and TXB 2 and 6-Kete-PGF 16 of blood and lungs, ATP activity of the lung tissues and TNF, hypothalamus E, DA and EN, and observe lung tissue with optical microscope. Result: Its mechanism has some correlation with preventing free radical injury, regulating ATP activity and PG, reducing tumor necrosin factor, and regulating monoamine neural transmitter. Conclusion: Lingustrazine and Shenmai Injection have a markedly protective action on senile rats' lung injury arising from perfusion post cerebral ischemia. |
