| 摘 要： | 目的：观察显微手术切除翼状胬肉联合带蒂结膜瓣移植术的临床疗效。方法：将89例原发翼状胬肉患者随机分为A组与B组,A组为显微手术切除翼状胬肉联合带蒂结膜瓣移植术组,B组为常规肉眼切除联合带蒂结膜瓣移植术组。术后随访6～15个月,观察胬肉复发情况。结果：A组复发率为2.00%,B组复发率为13.95%,两组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用显微手术方法切除翼状胬肉联合带蒂结膜瓣移植术可有效降低胬肉复发率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of pedicle conjunctival flap transplantation under microscope in the treatment of pterygium.Methods:Eighty-nine cases (93 eyes) were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in Group A were treated under microscope,while those in Group B were treated without microscope. All cases were followed-up for 6 to 15 months.
