认知重建对高知老年代谢综合征患者治疗依从性及疗效的影响

目的了解认知重建技术对高校老年代谢综合征（metabolic syndrome,MS）患者治疗依从性及疗效的影响。方法将47例高知老年MS患者随机分为对照组23例,观察组24例,对照组给予常规的疾病及其治疗相关知识教育,观察组利用认知重建技术对其进行教育,并对2组教育前后的治疗依从性及疗效进行对比观察。结果2组高知老年MS患者采用不同的方式教育后,对照组治疗依从性、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、体重（BM）、腰围（WC）、体重指数（BMI）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（PBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAIC）教育前后比较均无显著差异;观察组教育前后比较、观察组教育后与对照组教育后比较,治疗依从性显著提高,SBP、DBP、BM、WC、BMI、TC、TG、FBG、PBG、HbAIC均显著降低（P〈0.01~0.05）。结论认知重建技术可显著提高高校高知老年MS患者的治疗依从性和治疗效果,对控制和稳定高校高知老年MS患者的病情、提高和改善患者的生活质量均具有重要的意义。

Effect of perception-reconstruction on therapeutic compliance and effectiveness of intellectuals with senile metabolic syndrome

Objective To learn the effect of perception--reconstruction technique on therapeutic compliance and effectiveness of intellectuals with senile metabolic syndrome. Methods Forty seven cases with senile MS were divided into control group （23 cases）and observe group （24 cases）randomly. Control group was educated with conventional diseases and the treatment related knowledge, while observe group was educated with perception--reconstruction technique. Therapeutic compliance and effectiveness were observed before and after education between two groups. Results After educated, the control group showed no difference in therapeutic compliance and effectiveness, SBP, DBP, BM, WC, BMI, TC, TG, FBG, PBG, HbAIc, while the observed group showed significant difference compared with that of before educated, a significant difference was observed in two groups in those aspect after education. Conclusions The perception--reconstruction technique can significantly elevate the effect of therapeutic compliance and ef- fectiveness on intellectuals with senile metabolic syndrome, and also has an important meaning to control and stabilize the pathogenetic condition and improve quality of life.
