地塞米松、消炎痛防止平阳霉素发热及肺部并发症的临床研究

为研究防止平阳霉素引起发热及肺部并发症的有效方法 ,将 6 0例患者随机分为A、B、C3组 ,每组 2 0例。A组用平阳霉素前使用地塞米松加消炎痛 ;B组用平阳霉素前使用地塞米松 ;C组用平阳霉素前使用消炎痛。结果表明 :A组全部无发热及肺部并发症 ,疗效明显优于B、C组。认为用平阳霉素前联合使用地塞米松及消炎痛 ,不仅可有效地防止发热反应 ,而且可防止肺部并发症的产生 ,应当作为使用平阳霉素的常规辅助用药

Dexamethasone and indocin in prevention of Pingyangmycin induced fever and lung complications

In order to search for an effective method to prevent Pingyangmycin- induced fever and lung complication, 60 patients were randomly divided into three groups ( groupA, B and C, 20 cases for each group ). In group A, patients were given the treatment of dexamethasone and indocin prior to Pingyangmycin. In group B, patients received Dexamethasone prior to Pingyangmycin. As for group C, patients received indocin prior to Pingyangmycin. Results showed that fever and lung complications didn't occur in patients of group A therefore the effectiveness was better than that in group B and C. This comparison indicates that the combination of Dexamethasone and indocin with Pingyangmycin not only can effectively prevent the occurrence of fever, but also lung complications, so it can be used as a routine supplementary medicine for Pingyangmycin.
