抗病毒合剂治疗流行性出血热临床疗效观察

实验选择发热期的流行性出血热(EHF)患者,随机分为试验组(23人),对照组(22人)。试验组除与对照组相同方法治疗外加服抗病毒合剂。结果试验组病例发热持续时间平均缩短1.8天;蛋白尿转阴提前1.6天;血液尿素氮增高持续时间减少2.3天;血小饭恢复正常平均早1.6天。越低血压期、越少尿期、越低血压和少尿两期试验组和对照组的比率分别为82.6％(19/23)和54.5％(12/22);78.3％(13/23)和50％(11/22);65.2％(15/23)和40.9％(9/22)。观察结果表明:加服抗病毒合剂对治疗流行性出血热有明显的临床效果。

Effect of anti-virurs mistura on the treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic fever

Some cases of early EHF were randomly divided into two groups including 23 in treated group and 22 in control. The treated groups was given the medicinal preparation of anti-virus mistura besides the therapy used in control group. It was shown that compared with the control, clinical symptoms was markedly improved the body temperature recovered 1.8 days faster, albuminurin disappeared 1.6 days earlier, blood platelet count returned to normal 1.7 days fewer and BUN recovered 2.3 days earlier. The treated eases without shock stage and oliguria stage accounted for 82.6% and 78.3% respectively; and the control cases, for 54.5% and 50%. Thus it is indicated that antivirus mistura had a marked effect on the treatment of EHF.
