不同剂量黄芪及黄芪加丹参对大鼠蛋白尿作用的比较

目的 :探讨不同剂量黄芪及黄芪加丹参与大鼠原位免疫复合物肾炎蛋白尿的量效关系。方法 :采用阳离子化牛血清清蛋白造成大鼠原位性免疫复合物肾炎模型并分 6组 ,每组 10只 ,A组为 (黄芪 0 .75mL·kg- 1·d- 1)、B组为 (黄芪 3mL·kg- 1·d- 1)、C组为 (黄芪 6mL·kg- 1·d- 1)、D组为 (黄芪3mL·kg- 1·d- 1+丹参 0 .8mL·kg- 1·d- 1)、E组为(模型组 )、F组 (空白对照组 )。用药 4wk ,然后观察 2 4h尿蛋白 ,血清清蛋白 ,ConA及电镜等指标。结果 :D组效果最佳 ,B组效果次之 ,而A组及C组的效果则较差。结论 :黄芪治疗大鼠原位性免疫复合物肾炎蛋白尿的合理剂量为每只予黄芪 3mL·kg- 1·d- 1(在人应是 6 0 g·d- 1) ,与丹参合用则效果更佳。

Comparisons different doses of Astragali membranaceus and Salvia miltiorrhiza in rats proteinuria

AIM:To explore the dose effect relationship in different doses of Astragalus membranaceus and Astragalus membranaceus with Salvia miltiorrhiza to rats proteinuria in a model of glomerulonephritis. METHODS: A glomerulonephritis model of immune complex in site was developed by cationic bovine serum albumin. The experiments were divided into six groups: A group ( Astragalus membranaceus 0.75 mL·kg -1 ·d -1 ), B group ( Astragalus membranceus 3 mL·kg -1 ·d -1 ), C group ( Astragalus membranaceus 6 mL·kg -1 ·d -1 ), D group( Astragalus membranceus 3 mL·kg -1 ·d -1 together with Salvia miltiorrhiza 0.8 mL·kg -1 ·d -1 ), E group (model group), F group(blank control group). The parameters on 24 h urinary protein, serum albumin, serum creatinine, concanavalin A (Con A) as well as electron microscope observing on histological structure were observed after 4 wk therapy. RESULTS: The therapeutic effect in D group was best and B group was better. The effect of A group and C group was unsatisfactory. CONCLUTION: The good dose of Astragalus membranaceus is 3 mL·kg -1 ·d -1 in a model of glomerulonephritis (in human about Astragalus 60 g·d -1 ) and the effect of Astragali together with Salvia miltiorrhiza is much better.
