| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨艾司洛尔减轻气管插管时心血管的副反应,为寻求一种临床应用的有效方法。方法:14例ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级手术患者,随机分为两组。组Ⅰ(对照组,n=7),组Ⅱ(艾司洛尔组n=7)。组Ⅱ:于诱导前4min以美国百特微泵静注艾司洛尔300μg·kg~(-1)·min~(-1),诱导时改用艾司洛尔200μg·kg~(-1)·min~(-1)至插管后10min停药。组Ⅰ:以同样的方法,等量的生理盐水输注。比较两组诱导前4min到诱导后10min的BP、HR、RPP以统计学分析结果。结果:组Ⅱ:BP、HR、RPP在全程变化最小(P

| Abstract: | Objective:This research was undertaken to assess the untoward reaction of Esmoiol on endotracheal intubations.and to search a effective method for clinic application. Methods: 14 case ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ , the patient of operation would be divided into two groups randomly.group Ⅰ (compare , n = 14),group Ⅱ (Esmoiol, n = 14) ,group Ⅱ :Esmolol 300μg·kg-1·min-1was intravenously in jected with Baxter of USA AS40A micro-pump 4 min before induces, Esmoiol 200μg-kg-1·min-1 was injected in anesthesia induces, keep on for 10 min after intratracheal intubation. Group Ⅰ 0.9% NSwith group Ⅱ in the same way. To compare two groups BP. HR. RPP in 4 min before 10 min after induces.The result is by statistical analysis.Result;group Ⅱ : BP.HR.RPP change little in the course with Esmoiol to provide on circulatory response to endotracheal intubation. |
