| 摘 要： | 目的：对云南省西南部的大劣按蚊进行有丝分裂核型和多态性观察。方法：用１０％姬姆萨染色，观察染色体核型和异染色质区。结果：发现我省西南部大劣按蚊属于Ｄ型。结论：无论是常染色体，还是性染色体，其长度变化不一，且Ｘ染色体明显存在端着丝粒和亚端着丝粒情况。
