摘    要: 目的 探讨羊水栓塞致死的法医学鉴定和意义。方法 研究5例较典型的因羊水栓塞致死的法医学案例,通过完整的尸体解剖检查,结合临床资料及相关文献资料,分析羊水栓塞的发病原因、病理生理过程、法医学鉴定和法医学意义。结果 本组5例羊水栓塞分别系违规使用催产素、胎盘早剥、胎膜早破及异常物质进入母体循环所致。结论 羊水栓塞的正确诊断需结合临床症状、实验室检查及尸体解剖检查等多方面结果综合分析判断,这也有助于法医学正确评价诊疗行为是否得当,并判断其是否与患者死亡存在因果关系。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the forensic identification and significance of amniotic fluid embolism(AFE). Methods We reviewed 5 typical cases death of AFE through system autopsy examination and combination of clinical records and reference reviews.The causes of AFE,pathophysiologic change,forensic identification and significance were analyzed. Results The cause of AFE in the 5 cases was respectively because of treating with oxytocin inappropriately,placental abruption and premature rupture of membranes which caused exceptional material entering maternal blood circulation. Conclusions Correctly diagnosis of AFE is based on clinical symptom,laboratory examination,system autopsy and so on.This will be also helpful for the judgement of whether diagnosis and treatment are proper and the decision of whether they are correlate with the death.
