超声诊断急性阑尾炎的临床价值

目的探讨超声诊断急性阑尾炎的临床价值。方法总结218例临床拟诊急性阑尾炎病例的超声检查结果与临床治疗、手术及病理结果对照分析。结果在经手术及病理证实为急性阑尾炎的123例患者中，超声诊断符合112例，敏感性91．1％，漏诊11例。占手术病例8．9％；在超声诊断为急性阑尾炎且经手术及病理检查的127例患者中，123例得到证实，阳性预测值为96．9％；误诊4例，占手术病例的3．1％。结论超声检查可为急性阑尾炎的诊断提供可靠的依据。有条件的情况下，可作为拟诊急性阑尾炎患者的常规检查项目之一。

Clinical value of ultrasonogrgphy iu dlngnosis acute appendicitis.

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Methods To summarize and comparatively analyze the result of ultrasonography, clinical treatment ,operation and pathology of 218 cases suspected with acute appendicitis in clinic. Results In 123 cases of acute appendicitis proved by operation and patholagy, ultrasonic diagnosis of 112 cases coincided and the sensitivity was 91.1%. in 127 cases of acute appendicitis diagnosed by ultrasonography and performed operation operation and pathology, In 123 cases were confirmed and the positive predictive value was 96.9% . Conclusion Ultrasonography could provide reliable reference in diagnosis of acute appendicitis and should be one of routine examinations of patients suspected with acute appendicitis in clinic if possible.
