末节指骨内生软骨瘤11例治疗体会

目的总结末节指骨内生软骨瘤的特点及治疗方法。方法对我院1998~2009-10间,收治的11例末节指骨内生软骨瘤患者临床资料进行了回顾分析,所有患者均行手术治疗,5例病人采取肿瘤刮除+植骨;瘤体>1.0 cm的1例病理骨折取自体髂骨植入,克氏针固定;2例45岁及51岁患者因费用问题选择肿瘤切除;3例行瘤腔刮除未植骨。结果术后全部病理证实为内生软骨瘤,伤口Ⅰ期愈合,随访6个月~5年,未出现复发,行肿瘤直接切除2例,手指末节外观正常,未影响正常生活。结论积极行外科手术治疗是内生软骨瘤的有效治疗手段。

Experience on Treatment of Phalangette Enchondrosis

Objective To summarize the characteristics and treatment of phalangette enchondrosis.Methods The clinical materails of 11 cases of such patient were analyzed retropspectively and all cases were performed operation which 5 cases were done with tumor erasion and bone graft and 1 case was fixed with Kirschner wire,2 cases were done tumor resection due to cost problem and 3 cases were done with tumor erasion without graft.Results All cases were obtained diagnosis of enchondrosis with stage I healing and without relapse after 6 months to 5 years follow-up.The aspect of fingers were normal in 2 cases.Conclusion The operative methods might be an effective treatment for this disease.
