甲状腺癌术后超声检查价值的探讨

目的 :探讨甲状腺癌术后超声诊断与鉴别诊断要点 ,以避免漏诊及误诊的发生。方法 :回顾由二次手术病理证实的 6例甲状腺癌术后甲状腺床疤痕组织形成误诊为术后复发的声像图表现 ,对照 6例甲状腺癌术后复发的声像图特点进行分析总结。结果 :两组病理就肿块的发生时期、发展变化、形态、内部回声、彩色血流显像 (CDFI)、脉冲多普勒 (PW )及浸润、颈部淋巴结转移征象均有不同表现。复发组各指标均具有恶性肿瘤声学特征。结论 :二维图像、CDFI、PW、肿块发生时期及颈旁淋巴结转移情况综合分析 ,对诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要意义。

The Study on U1trasonographic ExaminAtion Value of Thyroid Cancer Post operation

Objective We Study the chief points of ultrasonographic diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Post operation of thyroid cancer,in order to avoid the happening of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Methods To review the ultrasonograms of six cases of postoperative recurrent thyroid cancer which were regarded as scar tissue.All cases were approved pathologically by the 2nd operation.In contrast with the ultrasonograms characteristic of six cases thyroid cancer patients whose illness recurred after operation to summarize and analyze.Results Two group cases in the mass's occurring time?appearance?internal echo?Color Doppler flow image(CDFI)?Pulse Doppler(PW)?and metastastic paracervical lymph nodes symptom all have difference.Conclusion Synthetical analysis of CDFI?PW and mass's occurring time?2 dimensional image and paracervical lymph nodes have important significance for diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
