曲面断层片、头影测量片数字化摄影技术在临床中的应用

目的 :研究曲面断层片、头影测量片数字化X线摄影技术及其临床应用。方法 :采用DonoptixTM 数字化摄影设备系统 ,对 4 7例患者的 78张曲面断层片、头影测量片进行拍摄。结果 :与曲面断层片和头影测量片的传统摄影技术比较 ,利用DonoptixTM 数字化X线摄影设备系统 ,它不仅大大缩短了病人的候诊时间 ,减少了X线的辐射量 ,而且免去暗室操作 ,计算机的存储功能有效的保证了临床上口腔疾病资料收集的完整性 ,为及时准确进行图像分析、处理提供了可靠保障。结论 :曲面断层片、头影测量片数字化X线摄影技术具有传统曲面断层片、头影测量片摄影技术所不具备的优越性 ,因而为口腔临床及科研提供了一种新的检查手段。

Clinical Application on Digital Orthopantomography and Cephalometric Roentgenography

Objective: To explore the clinical application on digital orthopantomography and caphalometric roentgenography. Methods: Using orthopantomography and caphalometric roentgenography, 78 X ray images about 47 patients had been taken with Donoptix TM digital photography system. Results: Compared with the traditional orthopantomography and cepha lometric roentgenography,We used Donoptix TM digital photography system reduce not only the waiting time of the patients greatly, the radiation level of X ray, but also the dark room manipulations,and memory of the computer became unnecessary. At the same time it effectively convinced the complete collection of stomatological disease information in clinical and provided the firm assurance to analysis and deal with the images accurately in time. Conclusion: For the advantages that traditional orthopantomography and cephalometric roentgenography can not possess, the digital orthopantomography and cephalometric roentgenography provide a new way for stomatological research and clinical application.
