手术治疗Pilon骨折82例分析

对３种固定方式治疗８２例Ｐｉｌｏｎ骨折的疗效进行评估，旨在提出最佳治疗方案。方法：自１９８６年２月１９９８年１２月间共治疗８２例患者，按固定方法可分为３组：即采用有限内固定架石膏外固定２３例，三叶形钢板内固定２４例；有限内固定结合”Ｔ“形超关节外固定架治疗３５例。

The Operative Treatment for Pilon Fracture(Analysis of 82 Cases)

Objective: To evaluate the outcome of three fixation methods for 82 cases Pilon fracture and put forward the best treatment method. Material and methods: From feb. 1986 to Dec. 1998, 82 patients (60 men and 22 women), divided into three groups according to the fixation methods: 23 patients were treated with limited internal fixation combined with plaster bandage external fixation; 24 patients were treated with internal fixation with three flanged steel plate; 35 patients were treated with limited internal fixation combined with external fixators. Results: After follow up, the outcome and the complication had great difference. The group, used limited internal fixation combined with external fixators, got the best outcome, with least complication. Conclusion: Limited internal fixation combined with external fixators could better resume ankle joint function; could remarkably reduce wound complication and nonunion sufficiently. So the authors consider that this method is the first method of treatment for Pilon fracture.
