| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经腹超声引导下穿刺硬化治疗卵巢囊肿的效果。方法：对临床确诊的单纯性卵巢囊肿88例，巧克力囊肿28例进行穿刺抽液及注入无水酒精硬化治疗。结果：单纯性卵巢囊肿88例患者中，囊肿消失86例，2例经第2次抽液治疗后囊肿消失。巧克力囊肿28例患者中，囊肿消失25例，囊肿明显缩小（未再做治疗）3例。术后随访复查，所有患者术后均无血尿出现。结论：经腹超声引导下对卵巢囊肿进行穿刺抽液、注入无水酒精硬化治疗，是简便、安全和有效的，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of transabdominal ultrasound-guided puncture and sclerotherapy on ovarian cysts.Methods:88 and 28 cases that were confirmed as simple ovarian cyst and chocolate cyst separately were all treated with ultrasound-guided paracentesis and injection of absolute alcohol.Results:Ovarian cysts completely disappeared in 86 out of 88 simple ovarian cyst cases and 25 out of 28 chocolate cyst cases,and obviously dwindled in size in 3 chocolate cyst cases.According to the follow-up,no haematuria occurred in all the cases.Conclusion:Transabdominal ultrasound-guided paracentesis and absolute alcohol injection sclerotherapy is simple,safe and effective on ovarian cysts fluid,and worthy of clinical application. |
