针刺对胃运动低下大鼠孤束核神经元放电影响的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨迷走神经中枢孤束核在针刺"足三里"、"内关"、"中脘"、"气海"调节胃运动中的作用机制。方法:采用神经电生理学方法,用微电极细胞外记录大鼠孤束核单个神经元的活动,在正常生理状态下及经血管注射抑制胃运动的药物阿托品后,观察针刺"足三里"、"内关"、"中脘"、"气海"对孤束核神经元放电的影响。结果:在正常生理状态下,针刺"足三里"、"内关"、"中脘"、"气海"均有效激活了孤束核神经元放电。静脉注射阿托品后,孤束核神经元背景放电减少,但针刺对放电的影响与药物前相比,变化不大,阿托品后针刺"足三里"、"内关"、"中脘"、"气海"仍明显激活了孤束核神经元放电。结论:针刺"足三里"、"内关"、"中脘"、"气海"对胃运动的调节作用可能是通过激活延髓内与内脏传入信息相关的中枢核团神经元而实现的。

Abstract:Objective:To research the mechanism of action about the vagus nerve center nucleus of solitary tract (NTS) in adjusting gastric motion by acupuncture at "Zusanli","Neiguan","Zhongwan","Qihai" point.Methods:Adopting electrophysiological methods, the extracellular discharge signals of neuronic action in NTS were recorded with glass microelectrode. The influence of the discharges of NTS neurons responding to the acupuncture at "Zusanli","Neiguan","Zhongwan","Qihai"point were observed in rats' normal status and the condition of intravenous injection Atropine.Results:In the normal status, acupuncture at "Zusanli","Neiguan","Zhongwan","Qihai" all activated the discharges of NTS neurons remarkably. After intravenous injection Atropine, the background discharges of NTS neurons decreased. But there were no statistical differences in the discharges responding to the effect of acupuncture before and after administration Atropine. Namely, acupuncture at "Zusanli","Neiguan","Zhongwan","Qihai" still activated the discharges of NTS neurons obviously after administration Atropine.Conclusion:The function of adjusting gastric motion by acupuncture at "Zusanli","Neiguan","Zhongwan","Qihai" have close relation to the activation of NTS neurons.
