青年重型脑伤患者昏迷期其双亲心理状况调查及护理对策

目的:了解青年重型脑伤患者昏迷期其双亲的心理状况,讨论相应的护理对策,以期对患者的恢复提供良好的社会支持。方法:对处于昏迷期(GCS)评分(8分)60例青年重型脑伤患者(年龄16~30岁)的父母亲共120人,采用WillianWKZung编制的状态—特质焦虑问题(STAI)进行调查,并根据不同性别、不同收入(<1000元~≥1000元)和不同文化程度(高中以下/大专以下)分别进行统计分析。结果:①患者母亲状态焦虑量表评分显著高于患者父亲(PS-AI<0.01),特质焦虑定量表评分两者无明显的差异(P>0.05);②低收入组状态焦虑评分显著高于高收入组(PS-AI<0.01),特质焦虑评分两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③不同文化程度组间状态焦虑评分和特质焦虑评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:昏迷期青年重型脑伤患者家属的心理状况是不容忽视的,而不同性别和收入是影响家属心理状况的主要因素。护士应据其特点,以人性化护理和多元化护理的观点为指导,与其进行有效的沟通,共同为患者提供更好的社会支持,促使其早日康复。

INVESTIGATION OF THE PARENTS''''S PSYCHOLOGIC STATUS OF YOUNG PATIENTS WITH HEAVY BRAIN INJURY AND ITS NURSING STRATEGE

Objective:To inestigate the parents psychologic status of young patients who suffered from heavy brain injury and stay in coma state,and discuss the corresponding nursing stratege.Methods:The parents of 60 young pat patients who suffered from heavy brain injury and stayed in coma state were investigated by State-trait anxiety questionnaire,then the results were analyzed statistically according to sex,income and educational background.Results:Compared with fathers,mothers score of State-anxiety scale(SA-I)was higher obviously(P<0.01),but their score of Trait-Anxiety scale(T-AT) had no statistical difference(P>0.05);Low income groups score of SA-I was higher than high income groups (P_(S-AI)<0.01),and there was no obvious difference of T-AT between tow groups(P>0.05);There was no statistical difference between different educational background.Conclusion:The parents psychologic status of young patients who suffered from heavy brain injury and stay in coma state should not be ignored.In order to provide better social support for patients and precipitate them recovery sooner,it is important to communicate with patients parents based on human mature and multielement nurse.
