黄连素治疗多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗的临床研究

目的:研究黄连素治疗多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法:对20例多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗患者,进行12周的黄连素治疗,比较治疗前后的体重指数、基础胰岛素、生殖激素水平与排卵率的变化。结果:治疗12周后,基础胰岛素水平从19.8±4.82mU/L降至15.47±4.36mU/L(P<0.02),LH从15.86±3.75mU/L降至9.74±2.71mU/L(P<0.01),睾酮从1.86±0.40nmol/L降至1.53±0.33nmol/L(P<0.02)。20例月经稀发的患者,15例恢复排卵,排卵率51%。结论:黄连素可改善胰岛素敏性,降低血胰岛素水平,进而纠正了高雄激素血症等内分泌紊乱,恢复有排卵月经。

Clinical Study:Berberine Treats the Insulin Resistance in Patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS)

Objective:To study the clinical effects of the berberine on patients with insulin resistance of PCOS.Methods:20 cases of patients with the PCOS and insulin resistance were treatment for consecutive 12 weeks with the berberine,then compared the body mass index(BMI) ,basal insulin,reproductive hormone levels and ovulation rate before and after the treatment.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,basal insulin levels had decreased from 19.8 ± 4.82 mU/L to 15.47 ± 4.36 mU/L(P <0.02) ,LH decreased from 15.86 ± 3.75 mU/L to 9.74 ± 2.71 mU/L(P<0.01) ,testosterone from 1.86 ± 0.40nmol/L down to 1.53 ± 0.33(P <0.02) .20 cases of oligomenorrhea patients,15 patients resumed ovulation,ovulation rate of 51%.Conclusion:Berberine could correcting the hyperandrogenism and other endocrine disorders,restoration of ovulatory menstruation through improve insulin sensitivity,reduce blood insulin levels.
