| 摘 要： | 目的:深入开展垦区社区康复工作、培养合格基层卫生技术人员。方法:制定规范化系统康复教育细则,对基层卫生技术人员进行培训和管理,明确职责与义务,提高专业素质。结果:规范化的系统康复教育使基层卫生技术人员深入社区尽职尽责服务,社区康复工作开展顺利。结论:只有对基层卫生技术人员进行规范化的系统康复教育,才能使社区康复工作顺利开展。
