| 摘 要： | 目的:观察应用单侧小剂量骨水泥微创经皮椎体成形术治疗高龄骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效和技巧。方法:对31例80岁以上骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者计39个椎体,运用单侧椎弓根入路小剂量骨水泥灌注,行微创经皮椎体成形术。手术前后运用视觉摸拟评分(VAS)及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)的变化来评价患者疼痛缓解和功能障碍改善情况。所有患者均得到随访。结果:31例计39椎,经对术前术后VAS评分及ODI指数进行统计学分折,2者差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后6个月,无疼痛复发,无神经压迫症状。结论:对于高龄骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折运用单侧小剂量骨水泥PVP治疗,是一种安全有效的方法。
