| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨米氮平、马普替林对抑郁症患者生活质量的影响。方法:对符合CCMD-3诊断标准的抑郁症患者随机分为2组,每组96人,分别使用米氮平、马普替林治疗2个月,用汉密顿抑郁量(HAMD)表观察患者的抑郁情绪,用药物副反应量表(TESS)评定副作用的严重程度,用生活质量综合量表(GQOLI-74)评定患者生活质量。结果:米氮平在改善患者抑郁情绪方面与马普替林相当,而米氮平副作用少且轻。2个月末,治疗前后相比,米氮平对患者的生活质量的影响,除物质生活纬度外,均明显改善(p<0.01)。马普替林组除对心理功能有提高外,对躯体功能、社会功能均无改善(p>0.05)。结论:米氮平对改善抑郁症患者生活质量优于马普替林。
